CRCT Week-I apologize for the blog being up late. There were difficulties updating the blog this week.






This week in Spanish class 4/25-4/29



There are shorter classes this week due to CRCT testing






6th grade:



Monday: Review of the verb gustar.



Tuesday: Review of the verb gustar. Introduction to ER and IR verbs.



Wednesday: ER and IR verb conjugation practice.



Thursday: Review of er and ir verb conjugations and the verb gustar.



Friday: Chapter review of food vocabulary, er and ir verbs, and gustar.









8th grade:



Monday: Receive information about Spanish final.



Tuesday-Friday: In class Spanish final preparation and review.

This week 4/18 to 4/22


6th Grade:

Monday-Begin reviewing food vocabulary. Students will complete a vocabulary dictionary activity in class. Students will also fill out a food pyramid in Spanish.

Tuesday- More food vocabulary and food review. Students will continue to practice the food vocabulary items in class.

Wednesday: Vocabulary practice.

Thursday: Slap game with vocabulary words.

Friday: Vocabulary quiz.


8th grade:

Monday-Review commands and pronouns. Practice grammar quiz. we will prepare for tomorrow's grammar quiz.

Tuesday: Grammar quiz

Wednesday- Review for test

Thursday-Review for test

Friday: Test

This week in Spanish class: 4/11 to 4/15


6th grade:

Monday: Brainstorming practice for the PBA on Thursday.

Tuesday: Writing PBA practice in class.

Wednesday: Speaking practice for PBA tomorrow. Students will get a practice scenario and grade themselves. They will also make notes on what they need to improve on.

Thursday: Writing and Speaking PBA in class.

Friday: Computer lab activity.


8th grade:

Monday: Begin reviewing reflexive verbs in Spanish.

Tuesday: Reflexive verb practice as a class. We will review the notes from yesterday and use the steps in the notes to help practice using reflexive verbs properly in Spanish. Pop quiz on reflexives to see how well the students understand them.

Wednesday: More reflexive verb practice.

Thursday: Review of reflexives to describe daily activities.

Friday: Computer Lab activity.
